Weight: Reduced from 117 kg to 92 kg Waist: Reduced from 132 cm to 111 cm LDL Cholesterol: Reduced from nearly 200 to around 100 HbA1c: Improved from around 7 to 5.5 Duration: Since May 2025 till October 2025 Working with Asish has been a truly transformative experience. I feel healthier, more energetic, and far more confident than ever before. After two previous weight loss attempts that were not sustainable, this journey has been completely different — focused on long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. One of the biggest realizations for me was that something as simple as walking 10,000 steps daily can do wonders when done consistently. As a diabetic, I also learned that I can still enjoy carbs — the key lies in understanding good vs. bad carbs and balancing portions smartly. Thanks to Asish’s guidance, my health has improved in every aspect — from weight and waistline to cholesterol and sugar levels. I’m truly grateful for his support in helping me achieve not just weight loss, but overall wellness and sustainability.
