Great Coach!!! I had issues with my knees, both of my knees had ligament injuries, I couldn't climb stairs without discomfort, and I had lack of stability while waking as well! His rehabilitation exercises helped me a lot, now I have improved stability, reduced pain, and overall betterment in my whole leg! Great coach, recommended if you want a good strength training programme along with weight loss!
I found asish really professional and understanding. What stood out for me was his way of daily updates and accountability that helps you and the coach assess better about the progress.
