Over a year, I have been working with Archana to improve my overall fitness and wellbeing, it’s been an incredible journey. My 12 weeks weight loss Journey with Archana was incredible. Apart from weight loss, she really taught me how to be healthy and fit in long term. Her way of explaining things with logic changed my age old concept of having meals.
