I had a very good experience with Archana . In past I had pcos and pre diabetes , have kids under 6 years old , which meant following a very rigorous plan was impossible. However with plans from Archana both nutrition and exercise was very simple. For example I had to spend only 45 min , 3 days a week and I could see significant results. She had provided all inputs regarding sleep , workout and nutrition that helped me progress towards my goal . I have lost 7 kgs and good inches , which has helped me get rid of my problems and regain my self confidence.
It has been an absolute pleasure to be Archana's mentee. she is patient and very knowledgeble. she helped me achieve my weight loss without comprimising on my fav food and even on vacation. I developed a good posture, habbit and was able to loose 8kg and lots of inches. I was able to fit into my 5 year clothes back easily. that was my wow moment ! Even when I wasn't losing weight some weeks, you kept me going when I wanted to quit. Hi Coach I m really grateful and thankful for the guidance you provided during my almost year long fatloss journey. You always listened to my endless questions/reasonings/queries and always provided the solutions for that I m really grateful because it really helped me not just for my physical health but my mental health too. U helped me loss more than 12+ kg & overall 10+ inches and numbers can't justify the change I faced in me I still have a long way to go and achieve my desired weight tht I gained in the course of last 5 years because of bad lifestyle choices, food habits, pandemic and my medical condition..and I did tried to loose that 25extra kg I gained but somehow I couldn't. My biggest achievement during this journey was getting back the strength I thought I lost. I didn't even realise I m at near 40 and can pulloff squats with 50 to 80 kg...kind of change the scenario at my gym "women can lift". And for the diet omg there was nothing I couldn't eat n tht too in my calorie limit. So many options to choose and still lossing weight was fun . Thankyou so much coach for the help which we will continue after this small break. 🤩☺️
