Anusuya works at my pace, which was important for me because of an unpredictable schedule. she has helped me follow a healthier lifestyle where the results became evident in a short period of time. my aim was to improve stamina and I learnt a balanced diet and the right kind of workout can help make bug leaps towards a better health. Always a priority after 40. 🙂

Anusuya has been a great help in my pregnancy journey. I wanted to opt for a yoga coach who could guide me throughout my pregnancy and also help on my macros so that I don’t eat unhealthy foods. I enjoyed my journey, didn’t experience any physical pain as I was staying active, completing my steps and consuming healthy foods. She took care of my needs and stayed in touch every week to ensure I am doing well. I would love to start my postpartum journey with her again.

I am thankful to Anusuya as she has motivated me always in my up and downs and when I started I had severe migraines and neck pain and now I can say I hardly have them because of her workouts and diet and have breathing issues and she guided me and supported me and had inch loss and I feel good about myself after so many years as it was very difficult for me to loose weight and now I feel confident and physically better in many aspects to take care of my toddler .

Excellent motivator and guide . Actually I felt that it will take my time which is to be spent with my work..But a lot of thanks to Anu as my fitness coach who made me feel that it is easy and will not take much time but result is very amazing.Yes I lost 8 kg..with her help.. I was afraid of.. YOGA.. but again thanks to Anu as a fitness coach She enabled me to do ..Yoga... Calories control...and .. varieties..i.e.balanced diet as per need of body ..I learnt from her..Thanks again .Thanks A lot.As an elderly person I would like to bless her with all happiness in her life..She is really a very motivator cooperative and gentle person and a effective Coach.Thank you
