I'm glad that I made the right choice in choosing a coach. I'm a mom of twins, I was really worried abt my physique.. Even though i was not over weighted. I felt very tired and couldn't play much with my kids.. i had lots of guilty tat I'm not taking care of myself.. Now after Anubha's guidance i can see so much difference in my physique as well as in my stamina... The most important thing is i have developed lots of self-confidence. When I see my physique i urge to do more fitness related stuff.. i have reduced around 5kgs and multiple Inches in spite of having diastasis recti.. Her diet plan part i should definitely mention. I never felt like i was restricted to eat. Her weekly follow up, though this is my first experience with fittr.
