💪 From Skinny Fat to Fitter: My 4-Month Journey at 38 I’m 38, and until this February, I had never stepped into a gym or lifted a single weight in my life. Like many others, I was stuck in that frustrating “skinny fat” zone — low muscle mass, soft around the midsection, and unable to do even a single push-up. My body fat was around 28%, and I felt like change was slipping further away with age. But this year, I made a decision: No more excuses. I enrolled in an online personal training program with Fittr, under Coach Ansh, and everything started to change.
