For me, Ankita is one of the best fitness companion I was looking for… I wanted a coach who understands my postpartum challenges.. I was not looking for a diet and exercise plan only, instead I wanted someone to keep a check on me, who nudge me when I go on sleep mode( when I get too busy in taking care of my 2kids)… Ankita did that part beautifully.. Whenever I faced issues related to backache or knee pain or fatigue due to hectic day, she modified the plan accordingly!! She celebrated small wins with me like .5kgs weight loss when I was stuck, my first band assisted pull ups, etc.. Her diet plans are simple and easy to follow and similar to what I was eating earlier.. She is there when you need her or I would say one message away… I recommend Ankita as a coach surely😍
