I am new to fitness and was concerned about further causing injury but wish to get stronger. Aniket acknowledged my concerns and is very thorough in evaluating my technique. He is very observant and knows my limits better than myself. At the same time, he motivates me when I want to give up because somehow he knows I can do more. He is very professional and has been very flexible to change up routines when I can’t make it to the gym and need to work out from home. Aniket keeps the routine very interesting and even incorporates motility exercises to help with weak points. Overall, I am very pleased with my training and am excited to continue my fitness journey with Aniket.

Aniket is a great fitness trainer. He guides you and pushes you really well. He is very knowledgeable and keeps you on a solid regimen. All you have to do is blindly follow his instructions. He gauges your limits well and mixes up the exercises to keep it interesting and challenging. Thank you very much Aniket for helping me fall more in love with my body! I would not be able to do this on my own.
Aniket is great coach. He acknowledged my requests as a fitness begginer and was quick to formulate training sessions accordingly. He is very patient and calm as a trainer and helps push one beyond their comfort. Highly recommend him!
