Ananya is the first coach I have ever hired in my life to get fit.She knows your body, she has immense knowledge on fitness and nutrition and always clears your doubt on anything about food, excercise or anything related to fitness.My journey with her was so easy and comfortable..that I couldn't even realise when my 12 weeks package has come to an end..but I'll definitely continue to follow all her advice and instructions as the goal is to get fittest.She is an awesome,cool coach no doubt.She never asked me to follow fancy food recipes,always inspire me to excercise regularly.Her motivation and knowledge has helped me to transform my lifestyle.

I enrolled with Ananya in Jan and stayed till July. In the first call itself all expectations were set and I got positive vibes from her. I had shared my food habits, preferences, she asked about my daily routine and lifestyle.. I got the diet and exercise chart pretty quick after that. I was expected to fulfill few goals (steps, exercise, diet, water etc) each week which were within my capacity and she always used to ask if I was able to manage. There were regular weekly follow up calls. Food quantity was enough for me and sustainable for long term! She was always friendly and motivating, even on my low days when I thought I couldn't go further she kept pushing me. She is knowledgeable, has patience and understanding. I had enjoyed working with her and definitely would recommend her to anyone who is planning to start their journey towards a better health!..

Ananya has been an inspirational and mindful coach. my weight loss journey has been steady and have lost 3 kg in 3 months. She has been constantly motivating me on workout schedule and nutrition. She is very good at explaining the calorie deficit mechanism and how mindful one should be even with the dressing for salad. I have been a happy client and recommend her for others to see fruitful results­čą░
