I was looking for a perfect nutritionist for my wife and myself. I scanned through many health and fitness portals for the same looking for a coach and finally our search ended with Amrita on Fittr. The moment we had our first conversation with her, we felt really positive. We went ahead with a couple plan. She understood our eating habits and requirements quite well and suggested us a diet and workout plan. We started following these plans seeing the changes in ourselves from the first week itself. We lost inches and kilos, and it feels like a dream coming true for us while the transformation is still ongoing. We feel healthier day by day and every week we start looking better. Amrita is very good with her response and she brings a lot of positivity. She keeps us motivated. The best part is we don't feel like we sacrifice a lot for losing weight as her plans are sustainable. We respect her knowledge and from her we are also learning a lot of things regarding diet and workout and in general about a good lifestyle. We will recommend her to our family and friends for sure.
I was looking for a mentor who gave me a sustainable diet and workout plan which I a can actually do for a longer run. I am a full time working mom of a 5 year and 1 year old. My goal was to reduce my post pregnancy weight and get back to my pre pregnancy shape. Amrita was available anytime I had questions. She made the diet plan so flexible than I did not realized that I was on a diet. My work out plan was only for 4 days in home gym, which was amazing. That way I didn’t need to compromise my work, kids, home or my workout. I am beyond happy with the result and support I got from Amrita. I am looking forward to enroll back again with her only.
Amrita was my wife's coach couple of years back during her postpartum fitness journey and made tremendous progress under her guidance. So when I needed somebody to guide me as I gained a lot of weight in the last year, going back to Amrita for the guidance and being my coach was a no-brainer. Her effort for making me fit is awesome. Her knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing and communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness she also knows and shares nutrition diet plan for having good health. After 12 weeks, I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I was able to get good results and attain my goal. I would highly recommend Amrita as a coach for the fitness journey.
My journey with Amrita was really great. She is very committed and keeps checking on a regular basis. Her nutrition plan and workout is so good and feasible.
