Amrita is the best fitness and nutrition coach out there! I thought I was eating healthy and active but was still overweight. She really figured out what was the gap. She gives great nutrition plans that work with your food preferences / cravings and still makes it easy to stick with the plan. In 6 months she has created a lifestyle and mindset change that is priceless. I have got my family member signed up with her as well and we are seeing great results already. Highly highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience working with Amrita on my weight loss journey the past 3 months. After having a baby, I was a looking for a sustainable way to lose weight while still breastfeeding and she was very helpful with that. I have gone down from 72kgs to 66kg without ever feeling like I was on a diet or depriving myself. She was incredibly supportive and tailored everything to suit both my health and my baby’s needs. Amrita has been very supportive and patient with me. I lost 5 kgs but there is a good inch loss and above all I feel my habits have changed drastically.
