Before working with Amrita, I was honestly very undisciplined when it came to my health. I’m a big foodie — the kind of person who would happily drive two hours just to try good food. Losing weight always felt difficult because I didn’t want to obsess over numbers; I wanted a sustainable lifestyle change. That’s where things really changed. Amrita has been an amazing coach — she truly guided me every step of the way. What I appreciated most was that she never forced a restrictive plan. Instead, she included the foods I love, which made it much easier to follow (even though I wasn’t perfect all the time). At the same time, she kept pushing me just enough to stay on track. I got my annual health check results today, and the difference is real. My HbA1c dropped from 5.7 to 5.3 — it had been above 5.5 for the past 4–5 years. All my other vitals are now in a healthy range. And the best part? I didn’t have to give up the foods I enjoy.
I had a great experience with the Fitter app, especially with the guidance of Amrita Bhatia. I was able to reduce my weight from 78.4 kg to 70.7 kg, which was a big achievement for me. Amrita was very motivating throughout my journey and always encouraged me to stay consistent. I joined the Fitter app program along with my mother, mainly because I was dealing with several health issues like high PCOS levels. Initially, I struggled to follow the plan and wasn’t very interested. However, my coach Amrita Bhatia played a huge role in changing my mindset.
