I began my fitness journey with Akash in January this year, and I'm thrilled with the progress I've made. Thanks to his effective diet plans and workouts, I've managed to lose a substantial amount of belly fat. Akash is a great coach who is always ready to help and has been very patient with me, even during times when I was inconsistent. I've experienced a positive transformation not only in my physical health but also in my mindset. He goes beyond just providing workout routines and meal plans; he genuinely cares about his clients' well-being and motivates them to stay on track. His encouragement and constant support have been instrumental in keeping me focused and determined to reach my fitness goals such as constantly checking out my workout form via WhatsApp videos In first 12 weeks, he made my meal/workout plan in a way to increase fat loss. Upon my renewal, he has placed emphasis on lean muscle mass gain through training. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and supportive fitness coach!

My fitness journey with Akash has been great. At the beginning of the year, I decided to take better care of my health and fitness level. That is when two of my friends recommended Akash because they witnessed great results in short time with practical diet plan. Some of the great things about the journey has been 1) Despite my erratic and busy schedule, I was able to incorporate his diet plan easily 2) He makes it a habit to track your performance everyday which eventually helps you to track your growth easily and which are the areas of improvement 3) He is always available to help and answer any queries you have 4) Diet plan suggested by him are easily sustainable 5) I witnessed visible results in just 3 months wherein I reduced 5 kgs easily while I followed the plan 70-80%. We focussed on how do my old clothes fit, water intake, sleep, stress management etc. I highly recommend his guidance as he helped me to be fitter and healthier more than focussing on reducing weight. Akash is one the best and most humble coach in Fittr. Before enrolling I went through his profile and resonated alot with the knowledge he shared on his posts and after a good discussion with him about my goals etc, went ahead with enrollment. After seeing amazing results on first plani.e 8 kgs loss in eight weeks plus one dress size down, I'm on my second plan with him. He makes u focus on - basics, consistency and accountability, which have been very helpful. Also, he encouraged taking any other activities u like be sports, yoga, cycling etc so u don't get bored doing the same routine. The way he tracks progress makes him stand out and I believe is the key aspect that keeps you in check and motivates you to perform better and better. Also, on the days you are not on track, he gives you time while motivating you to bounce back. Akash, I'm really thankful to you for your guidance.
