⁣ Its absolutely okay to do ZUMBA if you want to. If that is what gives you an elixir to adhere to exercising, then go ahead. It's still better than not doing anything at all. ⁣ ⁣ It will burn a truckload of calories. ⁣ It will keep you happy. ⁣ It will allow you to spend sometime dancing on your favorite numbers.⁣ ⁣ The only thing that I want you to do along with it, is resistance training (𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠). The idea is just not to drop the numbers on the scale. The idea is to retain the muscles within. In this video, I speak about a case which I encountered and what are the ways to work around it. ⁣ ⁣ Share this video with your closed ones who only do Zumba and ask them to do resistance training too.😇⁣
