Your nutrition is on point and if your sleep is not, big reason to worry. Once you are done with the daily work, doze off. Sleep has become a luxury in this century. Sleep is also called 'healing'. If you don't sleep enough, your performance is majorly affected. If you are done with the work by 11pm, don't lie down in the bed till 2am with your phone and destroy your sleep cycle. You are not a kid.
