Yet confused about good or bad foods? 🤔🤔

Often I have seen people classifying food into clean and dirty, good or bad. Here's the fact, there is no such thing, Food is food, that's it. You need to understand, the only difference between foods is some may have a good nutritional value than others. Figure out what foods will give you a good nutritional value, that's best for you to be fit and healthy instead of having junk always. Some foods can be more calorically dense with not many nutrients (for example what we call junk food ) Whereas some foods can be calorically dense with amazing nutritional values (example almonds, peanuts, walnuts, oils, etc ) It doesn't mean any food is clean, bad or dirty. All the food what you eat will meet up your daily calorie and macronutrient intake. So choose wisely and fit them in your macros, that's the real key to achieve all your fitness goals. At the end what matters is structured quantified nutrition along with weight training. If you don't lose weight even after eating clean, what you gonna do? Clean your rice, soya, chicken, and salads with a detergent and then eat ?? LOL 😅 So the bottom line is, don't identify food with good or bad, understand its nutrition values and fit them in your macros. Always make the habit of checking the nutrition labels which enhances your knowledge about healthy and unhealthy foods. In the end, you cannot control everything in your life, but you can definitely control what you put in your body. So do you check the nutritional values while buying your food? 🧐
