Why your calves are not growing ?

Gaining calves seems to be a pretty hideous task and sometimes you are gaining ample amount of muscle at quads but calves are the same. Let me list out major reasons why -

1. You are not training calves- We generally schedule calves muscle workout at last and a lot of times we forget training calves completely or do few sets half-heartedly. 2. Not enough Volume - Calves are comparatively resistant to fatigue than any other muscle and to gain muscle mass at calves, you need to include more sets for optimal training for calves 3. Range of motion - jerking/bouncing heel and doing a partial range of motion while doing seated or standing calves raises is another major reason
