Where does the fat go?

Most of us wonder where does this fat go when we lose. Let me explain to you in simple.

When we are in a deficit of calories, the stored fat cells which are filled with triglycerides gets converted into energy. Fat cells get shrink in size but they never die. As our body tries to use the stored fat the triglycerides are broken into water and carbon dioxide in presence of oxygen. The stored fat will be released out majorly (around 85%) in terms of carbon dioxide and remaining in terms of pee, faeces, tears and other body fluids.
