When being Poor makes you Rich

For all those who are trying to lose some weight and want to understand the complicated science behind it, let’s try to understand it with a simple example.

Suppose you have a saving of Rs 1000 and you start earning Rs 100 per day but your all expenses per day comes out to be 120 per day. What do you think will happen? You will spend that 100 Rs and end up spending that balance 20 Rupees from your savings. Each passing day with this additional spend your total balance for the day (earning - spending )will be negative and you will become poorer day by day. Let’s apply this to our fat loss journey. Assuming You eat 100 calories a day (Read Earn) and you spend 120 calories a day (day to day activities, exercise, walking, etc) where does that additional 20 calorie come from? Yes, you guessed it right from your fat reserve! So in this process, you will create a negative energy balance ( read savings) and become more fit ( read poorer )!
