Interesting article Akshita, Could you please explain the weight gain cycle in following calorie cycling scenario: Taking 1300 to 1500 cal over weekdats and 1700 to 1900 over weekend but gaining approx. 1 kg weight when checked every Monday which reduced to 100 to 200 g over weekend but then again weight gain on Monday. My BMR is 1450 and TDEE near 1800. Thanks in advance
