WEIGHT FLUCTUATIONS This has been a very common question recently so I’m making this post for you all. There are specific times when weighing yourself is needed and when it can be useful but the majority of the time the number on the scale can be so irrelevant. Day to day that number can change. The number on the scale will not tell you about fat tissue changes. So please stop worrying about minor fluctuations. If this is you then I recommend chucking that thing out. There are SO many more ways of monitoring progress than a scale number. I have made a post on this.
