Hello Ismat, since a week I'm having on left side upper back shoulder bone which goes to neck and makes it difficult to sleep and gets stiff in morning usually I tried to workout with resistance band but the pain increased already having meds which my orthopedic prescribed but not much effect it's been a week not able to workout because of the pain. Please help me with some excercise which will help the pain to reduce. Thank you ❤️
