Pectoral muscles (Chest muscles) are divided into 2 parts - 1. Upper Chest ( Calvicular head of pec muscles) 2. Mid Chest + Lower Chest (Sternal head of Pec Muscles) In the image you can actuly see where the muscles are located. It's important to hit all the muscles💪 to get the proper symmetry. Like for example, some people have underdeveloped upper chest but has developed the mid and lower chest. However, this can be fixed by increasing the volume of workout particularly for the clavicular head. Let's see which workouts can be included to hit all the Pectoral muscles - For Clavicular - 1. Incline Bench Press - Muscles Worked - Upper Pectoralis Major, Clavicular , Anterior Deltoid, Triceps Brachii 2. Incline Dumbell Press - Muscles Worked - Pectoralis Major, Calvicular ,Anterior Deltoid , Triceps Brachii 3. Cable Crossover - Pectoralis Major (upper + lower) , Anterior Deltoid , Biceps Brachii 4. Incline Dumbell Flyes - Muscles WOrked - Calvicular, Anterior Deltoids For Sternal Head (Mid + Lower) 1. Bench Press - Muscles Worked - Pectoralis Major (upper + lower), Anterior Deltoid + Triceps Brachii 2. Flat Dumbell Press - Pectoralis Major (upper + lower), Anterior Deltoid + Triceps Brachii 3. Decline Bench Press - Muscles WOrked - Pectoralis Major, Triceps Brachii, Anterior Deltoid. 4. Decline Dumbell Press - Pectoralis Major , Triceps Brachii , Anterior Deltoid . 5. Parallel Bar Dips - Muscles Worked - Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoid, Triceps Brachii, Latissimus Dorsi. Also, remember that the order of workout is also important to take the maximum benefit of the training session. For example, the workouts can be done in the following manner - 1. Bench Press 2. Incline Bench Press 3. Decline Bench Press 3. Flat Dumbell Press 4. Incline Dumbell Press 5. Cable Crossover 5. Cable Crossovers You can also check my post on Training Deltoid Muscles -
