Also, most of the time we hear that compound movements like squats and deadlifts are enough to work your abs. While that is true to some extent, we also need to understand that the abs wonโ€™t get engaged as much as they do with the isolated movements.โฃโฃโฃ โฃโฃโฃ โ€œAbs are made in the kitchenโ€ is one of the famous phrases. Like every other muscle, progressive overload is important for abdominal muscles as well.
