After a small gap, I am back with another muscle group and this time it is shoulders. Shoulder muscles have three heads:โฃโฃโฃโฃ 1) Anterior Deltoid / Front Shoulderโฃโฃโฃโฃ 2) Lateral Deltoid / Middle Shoulderโฃโฃโฃโฃ 3) Posterior (Rear) Deltoid / Back shoulder.โฃโฃโฃโฃ โฃโฃ As mentioned in the earlier articles, to make the muscles grow you need to train them in a way that they stretch and contract. Anterior deltoids get trained in horizontal and vertical push movements which include all pressing movements. Posterior deltoids get trained in horizontal and vertical pull movements and Lateral deltoids get involved in any push or pull movements but primarily gets involved in horizontal pulling and vertical pushing.โฃโฃโฃโฃ โฃโฃ Anterior deltoids are the most developed head out of all three heads in most of the people as all the press movements involve anterior deltoids and Rear deltoids get trained while training back muscles.
