This is how you need to manage your ‘CHEAT MEALS’

I use to use this word ‘cheat meal’ very often. ⁣

You may/can always manage it, but eating 10,000 calories (which is very easy to consume during a wedding function etc) and trying to do more cardio to burn that much, is just a distant dream.⁣ ⁣ You can always enjoy your ‘big days’, and get back on track the next day. Setting up a routine, is very important. ⁣ ⁣ Over the years, I’ve changed my perspective on this. Earlier I would cut down my calories the next few days to repair the damage, which I still do sometimes, but I mostly focus on getting back on track and get back to my routine. ⁣ ⁣ Worry less about the excess calories,⁣ and focus more on getting back to the routine. ⁣ ⁣ One day at a time. ⁣ Bas, 𝐑𝐔𝐊𝐍𝐀 𝐍𝐀𝐇𝐈 𝐇𝐀𝐈.⚔️⁣
