When it comes to incline bicep curls, the shoulders are in extension, unlike the regular bicep curls. Due to the extension of shoulders, you will be able to target your long head of biceps to a greater extent. The greater the bench's angle, the more your shoulders will be put into the extended position, and more your shoulders will be rolled forward. Your shoulders can be unstable during the curls, since the bicep also attaches to the shoulder joint. It can only produce maximum force when the shoulder joints are stable. It is important to keep the shoulders in a neutral position during the incline curl and decide the bench's angle. Decrease the angle (Incline) of the bench only up to the extent you can keep your shoulders from protracting. Most people keep it between 15 - 45 degrees from the vertical. #fitness #fit #muscle #workout #abs #triceps #bodybuilding #fitfam #muscles #motivation #shoulders #gymlife #inclinedumbbellpress #malemodel #gains #training #infsscholar #gym #gymmotivation #arms #biceps #inclinebench #sixpack #benchpress #bicepsworkout #bicepworkout #infs #incline #fitspo
