For so many people, suppressing one's hunger is the most challenging part of getting fit. The mistake that most of us make here is thinking that hunger has to catered INSTANTLY. The moment you feel hungry, you have to give in to all your urges and put food inside your body. While it's important to listen to your body's signals and keep in touch with your hunger - it's also important to learn to tame your hunger when needed.

'But my body DEMANDS some food immediately' is never a valid excuse to go off the rails and eat whatever is in front of you. One of the biggest hurdles you'll have to face in your fitness journey is overcoming your hunger and using it to your advantage. Once you develop the necessary self control to say NO to what seems like hunger - your progress will be UNSTOPPABLE. All of these things being said, also do make sure you're not starving yourself and thinking that's self control. Find the right balance and moderation when it comes to your food. It will be the most important step in your weight loss journey!
