Usually beginners,place the bar in incorrect way.They place it on their neck. Placing the bar anywhere in the red zone depicted in the picture isn't safe. It's better if you place it on the green zone of the trapezius muscle.This way your neck will be much safer. #liftsafe #squats #squat #squattutorial

thanks a lot for this correction. i am always having neck pain due to wrong position of the rod.
