Often client keep saying, they are doing everything as required to achieve their fitness goals, but not satisfied with the results or progress. I can understand it's really demotivating to see no change in the body. But let me tell you, what the weighing scale says is not the best way to measure progress in the short term. Physical changes take time and patience is the real key here. But instead of focusing on what you see on the scale, we also need to look at other aspects of life. For example, making a healthy choice while selecting your food, cooking and prepping your meals in advance, having a positive approach towards life, consistency with good exercise, good sleep, etc. These are small improvements but definitely, this is going to benefit you for a longer run.๐Ÿ’ช So focus on these small factors and remind yourself about this daily. This will definitely help you to stay motivated and force you to build a healthier relationship in life.
