Should you increase or decrease calories every week?

=========================== A lot of times people think that it's important to change calories every week to stop metabolic adaptation but metabolic adaptation does not happen so quickly, often times you don't need to do any changes in diet and you can follow same plan for more than a week irrespective of your goals. Increasing or decreasing calories unnecessarily might become counterproductive to your goals.
