Sharma Ji ka Beta is unstoppable; Wants to lose 25 Kgs in next 3 months before his Goa Trip 😍

Do you think losing 20-25 kgs in 3 months is a realistic target?

Do you think this much weight loss is sustainable after 3 months? Do you think only salad or soups or juices account to Balanced diet? Do you think doing only cardio for weight loss is a healthy approach? Do you think, you can change last 30 years old lifestyle in next 3 months? Well, you know the answer very well 🙏........but still wants to achieve some unrealistic number that takes a toll on your overall health Honestly speaking for sudden weight loss, you dont need a mentor. You need to do two things and you will achieve your target - Run day in and day out - Skip three meals - B'fast, Lunch and Dinner Leave the significance of healthy weight loss for a minute, What do you think about this? - Running on treadmill for 60 minutes non-stop is interesting or 60 mins of weight training (that obviously has variety of excercises) is more interesting? - Eating broccoli and drinking bottle gourd juice is interesting or having a balanced diet that might include simple food like bread butter to something like chicken biryani is interesting? Chose your goals wisely, don't focus on short term success. This will make you a winner once but trust me, you will lose a lot wrt your health: - Your metabolism will be distributed - You will lose your muscle as well along with fat - Chances of rebound are very high - Deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals in the Body - Loose Skin I have made chhote Sharma Ji understand this and changed his decision, hope this will help you as well. Never compromise with your health for short term goals. Have a safe Workout!! - Dr. Aakash Bansal #SharmaJiKaBeta #DontBeLikeSharmaJiKaBeta #Fittr #Bettr #Smarttr

I lost around 10 kg of weight in the duration of 6 months. Is this the right pace?....I do weight training (2-3 times in a week) & cardio other days.
