Hi Praveen,It's a good you have uploded this fitness goal tip..I also want to be fit in my life but facing few issues,I 8am a full time working women,overwight,has uncontrolled diabetes,my energy level remain low,I get tires easily,low stamina,time boundation on weekdays..I want to remain fit n want my sugar levels comes in control...I just want some guidance so that make my fitness goal and a start a journey towards reducing weight..Plz guide
