If a 30 year old individual starts his /her fitness journey, he/she must remember that this is the first time in 30 years, he/she is going to track their workouts and diet for 12/24 weeks.

If I am losing at a slower rate but I am consistently following my routine, what is the problem? Why is the number game so strong and % of consistency so underrated? What is the point if you lose few extra kgs in 12/24 weeks but later on fail to adopt the habits/actions built/done in 12/24 weeks? 2 kgs in a month may seem to be very small number but 13 kgs in 6 months looks decent. One must remember that if You had given up at the end of first month, you would have never reached this figure (13 kgs) at the end of 6 months. Consistency >anything else
