The powerlifter you're seeing now also started with 1kg weight once. Who is lifting 100+kgs now. But then the question comes how to start? You can work on various aspects of your life and lifestyle. When it comes to making your life better, lifestyle better, habits better, there is no limitation. You can pick up any one and start working on bettering that. Once you think it has been well handled you can pick up another one. What can it do? It'll take longer time for you to get there than others. So what's the point of doing it? Because you'll eventually get to your goal. If you don't start, you'll never get to your goal. Do what you can do. Manage what is in your control.
