=========================================== Non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT) is the energy expended for everything we do that is not sleeping, eating or sports-like exercise. It ranges from the energy expended walking to work, typing, performing yard work, undertaking agricultural tasks and fidgeting. Non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT), can play a significant role in helping to maximize the total amount of calories burned in a single day. 🚶‍♀️🚶🏻‍♂️WALKING 🚶‍♀️🚶🏻‍♂️ Walking is an easy activity nearly every one of us can accomplish. All we have to do is increase the number of steps we walk everyday and burn some extra calories. It is also fairly simple to increase the number of steps you walk throughout the day. 🚗 🏍 Ditch your vehicle sometimes 🚗 🏍 Walk places if its nearby try to avoid using your vehicles that time. The walk will make you feel good, burn calories, and will help out our environment. I know others who go and walk to the grocery store when buying only a handful of items. Walk or cycle towards towards the grocery stores , Gym or any places you visit on a regular basis. You can park your car down the street from your house. You can park at the farthest spot when shopping. 👩‍💻👨🏻‍💻Work 👩‍💻👨🏻‍💻 If you have a desk job then please do not sit for long .I would suggest to be active after every 30 mins just taking a walk around the office or doing some stretching. I had done a post earlier please search with the given keyword in the group. "How to manage fitness when you have a desk job or sedentary life-style" 🧹Cleaning 🧹 Cleaning is a very efficient way to multitask. You can find some time and clean your house , washing clothes and vessels , washing your vehicles instead having somebody to do all this.
