Myth busting: weight training stunt height

============================== This post is especially for those youths who just started weight training or their parents. This myth is prevalent in the fitness industry since long but the matter of the fact is that you don't have to fear that weight training stunts your growth, researchers (mentioned in reference ) have shown that it does not have any negative impact of growth rather it has shown to be beneficial for bone health and increased strength. Also , this will develop a good habit of working out early in their life which they will most probably follow for their entire life But here is one word of caution -any weight training should be done in the adult provision on a regular basis.
