You worked out for months and remain consistent with it and got really good results . Then suddenly you missed one week training due to travel/emergency etc. Now you are feeling you have lost all your gains and become demotivated. Don't worry just like you gained that precious muscle/ lost that excess fat in a good amount of time like that only you will not lose muscle drastically or gain fat drastically. What you need to do is from the next day itself, get back to the track and stay consistent like nothing as such happened Even if there would have been any kind of muscle loss / fat gain that would be really negligible!
