============================= There is an assumption people make that our body can only absorb 30 grams of protein from one meal which is actually wrong, our bodies are capable of absorbing all the amino acid from protein-rich food whether you eat all protein in one meal or 5-6 meals in a day . Absorption rates differ from protein sources but that does not matter much .
