It is said that if your basics are clear , the interpretation of bigger concepts can be made easily . When I developed liking towards understanding fitness science I often failed to understand the articles (I didn’t know carbs was a short form for carbohydrates) just because I didn’t know the basics. I have prepared these slides for the conceptual understanding which might help you when you come across these short forms and words(you will often hear these if you are listening/watching /reading the “actual experts “).
