Imagine you are traveling in a boat 🚣‍♀️ from one island to another 🌴 with few bags full of coins and one bag full of diamonds. Suddenly, you notice a very small hole in the boat. You observe, at a very slow pace water 💧 has started entering the boat. You realise that by throwing a few bags in the water you will be able to make it to the island safely. Now, Without thinking over it first bag you throw is the diamond 💎 one despite of the number of bags containing coins 💰which were way heavier in weight!

How wise was this decision 🤔🤔 considering diamonds are far more valuable, harder to earn and you had adequate time to do the right thing had you thought over it? Same applies to our weight loss journey, one day you decide to loose weight, start eating less, start running, Do extensive cardio and guess what lost a good amount of weight, feel happy about it? great way of telling people! but tell me one thing I am on fat loss journey and my program is over through a coach but still I am continuing the fat loss journey for couple of weeks but unable to do weight training due to injury in right hand wrist. does it mean I will loss muscles without weight training?
