So yes ,be kind. Chase your goals together. 2. Family Don't worry if you are not a couple, if you have a family you can do it too. You can either influence your kids with your habits or you can influence your dependents. No matter how small or big your family is. If you are eating together and getting fit together chances are that you will lose weight and maintain your weight loss as well. Chances of someone in your family to lose weight goes higher by 50% with your support. Be kind and help them out. Once achieved all your weight management also gets better. So lose weight , maintain weight loss and be fit. 3. Find a workout partner or a fit buddy Don't Worry if you are single or your family doesn't like physical activity or being fit and they keep talking negative to you about it, there is always a way. Find a buddy, a friend or a coworker or a person who is fit, chances are you will get fit together and grow together. Also once you achieve your goal do be a buddy to someone , inspire them to get fit. Chances are you will succeed. 4. Be a part of a community or take part in a community challenge All is not lost if you can't get any of the above, if you enroll yourself for a community based challenge you will definitely lose weight. So don't wait, be a part of fittr and the next time you see a transformation challenge, enroll in it, not to win it for the top position but to be a better version of yourself ! wow...I do it exactly the same way mentioned in the article. my spouse and family not that supportive except my kids. I am changing my kids eating habits and found a buddy in the gym who corrects me and tell me new forms🙂
