More sweat means increased fat loss?

Sweating is a body's mechanism to cool down the body's temperature to maintain homeostasis so that it can function properly.

When your body temperature increases for whatsoever reason,it starts to sweat.This sweat is composed of water,minerals,lactate and urea. When water starts to evaporate it cools down the skin temperature as it is an endothermic reaction(Absorbs heat). This is the thing about sweat. It is in no way a determinant for fat loss. For fat loss,you need to be in calorie deficit diet.So stop judging the workout based on how much you sweat.

I am doing exercises in gym for last 1 year. earlier i was sweating a lot but since last few months sweating is very less or say sometimes it is high and on some day it is very nominal. what is the reason behind this?
