Some million years ago, we humans were pretty simple. There was no fire, no wheel and no grains. โฃโฃ

'๐’๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ' is what the era was all about. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ The head of the family use to go hunting and the rest of the family tried to collect fruits and vegetables that were locally grown. We use to observe animals eating them and that is how it became a part of our existence. If an animal died after the consumption, then we use to chalk that food out of the menu. For water, there were rivers, and for shelter there were tree houses.โฃโฃ โฃโฃ Either the person use to hunt, or get hunted. The family use to eagerly wait for the headman to return with the food so that the family can feast upon. Meat, fruits and vegetables were the only option. In order to eat, we had to move from one place to another in search of food. A lot of activity was involved. Climbing trees to hunting animals, we did it all to survive. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ ๐‚๐”๐“ ๐“๐Ž ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ—:โฃโฃ โฃโฃ We get up in the morning. We have our breakfast. We go to work. 45-60 minutes of travel. 8 hours of work. 1 hour break. 45-60 minutes of travel back home. Spend some time with the family if there's no pending office work. Sleep. Oh, not even that. WOW!!โฃโฃ โฃโฃ Where is the activity? This is what we have turned into and over a period of time, this becomes a lifestyle. Food, water, transportation etc. Everything is easily available without even climbing a tree. I don't even want to mention the lifestyle disorders which are complimentary with this. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ Ah, and on top of that, we have social media to glorify how beautiful our fucked up lives are. Go and ask any 5 people as to how many hours they sleep every night and don't be shocked to listen to their answers. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ ๐’๐Ž๐‹๐”๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐:โฃโฃ โฃโฃ Give yourself some QUALITY time. Fucking ๐ž๐ฑ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ž. Out of your 24 hours schedule, exercise for at least 30-40 minutes everyday. Indulge in any kind of activity that you like the most. YOU are alive. ๐Œ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ž๐š๐ญ. Go and ask an elderly as to what were their biggest regrets in life, and they will exactly tell you the things that they ๐๐ข๐๐ง'๐ญ do. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ ๐’๐ฅ๐ž๐ž๐ฉ. Yes, you deserve it after a long day at work and after stressing about your family and career. It's not a debt that you can payback later. You need to hibernate every single day. Ask yourself when was the last time you slept like a baby? โฃโฃ โฃโฃ โญ•Traffic is always going to be there. โฃโฃ โญ•Work pressure is going to increase thousandfolds. โฃโฃ โญ•Career is something that you will figure out over the period of time. โฃโฃ โญ•EMI'S are not going to spare you for the next 5-20 years.โฃโฃ โฃโฃ Where are you lost?โฃโฃ Time to break the monotony. โฃโฃ Think. Take action. โฃโฃ
