Make fitness as your priority !!
ππππππππππππππππ Whether Its the holidays, crunch time at work or youβre busy with kids (or all three!), thereβs always a behaviour of putting exercise at the last because of which you miss on being fit . ποΈββοΈπ€Έπ»ββοΈ If you are trying get in better shape and improve your health then you need to put some time for fitness just like we invest time at our office , eating , family etc . Few tips that will help you prioritise your exercise habits - πFinish your exercise before you leave to work. Wake up finish your exercise and then start off your day . Yes you might need to wake up a bit early and I am sure you can put that effort for your health . π There might be days when you donβt feel to exercise. Those days you should definitely exercise as it will help you feel good about yourself. A post which I did earlier about a hormone called dopamine which is secreted in our body which helps us to feel good after a awesome workout . Havenβt you felt good after a good workout ? πIf the days you couldnβt exercise and missed it because of any other reasons make sure you compensate them on your rest days . Since you already got one rest day because of missing the workout . πIt will take sometime to get a hang of it . Just like when we meet new people and we take sometime to understand them but in few days or weeks we get along with them . Nothing can change over night . Give it some time .
