How about spending this lockdown time effectively and learn more about time management, overall well-being that will help you in all aspects of your life.

I have listed down five books that have the power to transform you into a better version of yourself. 1. Atomic Habits by James Clear- This is a must-read and top in my list, James Clear talks about how tiny changes compounds and deliver remarkable results in one's life. Not just a few tips he provides but how to implement them, for example -Rules to make a new habit - A) Make it obvious, B) Make it attractive, C)Make it easy, D) Make it satisfying, he talked about this in detail. 2. Power of habit by Charles Duhigg - Another book on habits, in this Charles, mentions the habit loop in this book and how to rewire yourself for building good habits and eliminating bad habits. Not just that, many exciting case studies mentioned in this book keep you hooked. 3. Easy way to stop smoking by Alan Carr- For all the smokers who want to get rid of this habit but have not been successful lately, this is s must read and help thousands of people across the globe, the implementation part is super-easy. It's more targeted towards the psychology part of smoking. Worst case scenario, it does not help you, but there is no harm in trying out. 4. Why we sleep by M.Walker- Read about the science behind sleep and you don't need a Ph.D. like an author to understand that, he breaks it down in a much simpler way. After reading this, I am sure you will stop taking sleep for granted and stop wearing a badge of honor for lack of sleep. Not just that, he gives sustainable tips to improve sleep quality and duration in the end, which are pretty compelling. 5. Eat that frog by Brian Tracy- "I'll do it tomorrow" but that tomorrow never comes, how many you can relate to this. In this book, the author meticulously mentioned how to turn your thoughts into actions. It will help you in dealing with procrastination; if you are interested in reading more about this topic, then I would suggest "the now habit" also. I know a lot many people are not a fan of reading books; in that case, I would suggest you listen to audiobooks. The benefit of listening to self-help books is unlike fiction, there is no one story, and even if you miss something in between, you can understand the rest of the book. Let me know what your thoughts on this are, these can help you immensely on your fitness journey, too, if you have been procrastinating it or maybe struggling with sleep patterns or was not able to develop the habit of working out, etc. All of it is covered in these books. All the best Take Care, Stay Safe
