People are quick to monetize this awful pandemic, selling you all kinds of "immune-boosting" vitamin, fruit/vegetable powder blends also some detox diets to prevent you from COVID-19. The most important things you can do to reduce your risk of contracting COVID-19 are social distancing, frequent handwashing, and good overall hygiene.

There are no such powders or expensive eBooks, or detox meal plans with some special secret to keeping you safe. When it comes to immunity specifically, there is little we can do. Instead, we should be focusing on avoiding things that might impair immune function like sleep deprivation, excessive training/over-reaching, lack of essential nutrients in the diet.
