I often come across people who follow the diet and workout with perfection throughout the week and let go on the weekends. These are the same people who end up seeing no progress. Many times even you must be wondering, โCan a single day ruin the entire weekโs progress?โ, the answer is yes, it can.
โฃ The simple rule to make progress in terms of weight loss is, eat less than what you burn over a constant period of time. If you deviate in the weekend, not only you end up balancing out the calories but may also end up eating in a surplus. โฃ I know by now you might be thinking that what if I create a huge deficit in weekdays and save calories for the weekend? By this you might save a few calories all together and might create some deficit but can you sustain with huge deficits for longer periods? very useful information thanks.sirjee can you highlight on any equation on fat loss based on calories deficit with calories spend in gym daily for 6 days and thus how many grams of fat being burnt like that???
