How To Make Zero Oil Chicken Nuggets - Easy & Healthy Snacks

In this video, learn how to make Zero Oil Chicken Nuggets which is super tasty, high in protein and also very easy to cook. Ingredients: Chicken Breast - 200 g (diced into small pieces, soaked in salted water with vinegar for at least 6-8 hours) Salt, Chilli & Mixed Herbs - as per taste Thin Poha/ Chiwda - 15 g Corn Flour/ Fine Semolina - 1-1.5 tsp Raw Egg - 1-1.5 tbsp Method: 1. Mix the diced chicken pieces with egg, cornflour, salt & spices. 2. Coat the chicken pieces into the crushed poha. 3. Air fry them in a pre-heated oven for 12 minutes at 180 degree Celsius or bake them in an oven at the same temperature for about 15-20 minutes. 4. Serve with a dip of your choice. Additional Pointers: While mixing the salt with spices, be careful about its quantity as the chicken pieces are already soaked in vinegar and salted water.
