How to get any work done when you've procrastinated it enough.

Procrastination is nothing but an overwhelmed feeling which your mind naturally avoids and so you come up with different kinds of excuses for not doing the work.

Here's a 3 step process I follow: 1. I ask myself, what is one small step I can take towards this particular goal right now. 2. I remove all distractions and set a timer for 30 minutes and if any excuses show up - I say let me talk to you later. 3. I START and just do it. Many times, at the end of 30 mins I just continue doing the task for hours. I forget about excuses and get into the flow. Try this method out, you will be amazed by the results.
