πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ I have seen people coming to the gym and starting with warm ups before they start the workout and go beast mode . πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ I do not have any issue with warming up but i have issues with how much you warm up . πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ For eg :I have been observing few people who start with around 3- 4 sets of pull ups,3-4 sets of push - ups then parallel dips then bodyweight squats and so no..... πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ Don't you think that this is too much for a warm up.I mean suppose I am hitting back today so won't a few pull ups is good to warm my back muscles or if its a chest day then I would do few warm sets of bench press with lesser weight or do few push ups and some shoulder mobility exercises. πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ By doing this I can preserve the rest of the energy and use them in my workout where I to need push myself a bit more . πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ People who do this I am not against it I am more than happy if it works for you But I am sure you will be able to perform more efficiently if you warm up in smarter way and preserve rest of the energy for your intense workouts.
