After years of poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle, Hiya’s body reached breaking point. Her weight tipped the scales at 103.8 kgs. Ridiculed by friends and family, she knew she had to do something. This began a cycle of crazy diets and endless cardio. Things only started changing when she found this fitness community. This is Hiya’s journey from 103.8 kgs to 68 kgs - one that continues despite the lockdown.
