With corona getting the whole world under a lockdown (well except for china now), everyone`s hunkered down at home with a whole new routine. With the gyms shut and no amazon dumbbell delivery, everyone`s missing their challenging and heavy gym routine.

you may well already be tired of bodyweight-only workouts or Some of you've just gotten too darn strong for regular bodyweight squats.😋 Fear not ! Your body only knows resistance and it necessarily need not be just from dumbbells/barbells. We all have to get a little creative to keep up with the workouts and you can literally use a lot of things that is lying around our house. Here is a list of household items that can help you add more resistance to the bodyweight exercises and get a killer workout session. 1. Backpacks filled with engineering books 😛 or water bottles 2. Filled water bottles 3. Filled milk jugs and oil cans 4. Old tyres 5.Water Filled buckets 6.Duffel bags as sandbags 7.Trolley bags and suitcases 8.20 ltr water cans. You can even get the ones with handles Get creative with the things around you. I might have missed a lot in the picture. But this is just to give you a basic idea of what might help you. Staying healthy and in shape while quarantined is totally doable. Even if you have a small space, no equipment or very little time, there are many great options to help you exercise and get enough training volume during a quarantine. So stop giving excuses and start training. Dont consider your fitness as an unaffordable luxury. It was and will always be a necessity.
